We had my son’s birthday party with Sustainable Safari, it was one of those parties where everything just kind of clicked. I always notice how kids react in waves at events, and this was all excitement from the start, first seeing the animals, then realizing they could pet them, then wanting to tell every adult about their favorite one.
The staff were calm, friendly, and really good at keeping the flow going without making it feel like we were on a strict schedule. Setup was easy, the kids stayed engaged the whole time, and my son is still bringing it up days later. I’d definitely book them again.

The place itself was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the staff definitely didn’t make the experience better. They came across rude and not very welcoming, which made the whole visit feel a bit uncomfortable

I was hoping to get more actual details about their conservation efforts, but most of what I heard felt like slogans or general statements. When I asked for specifics, I kind of felt passed from one person to another without anyone really giving me a clear answer. It left me feeling like the whole thing was a bit vague.

We visited with our two kids, and to be fair, they genuinely had a good time seeing the animals. The staff we spoke to were friendly and answered our questions, which I appreciated.
It did feel family-friendly overall, but it wasn’t the easiest place to get around with a stroller in some of the more crowded areas. I also think a few of the signs could be clearer, especially when you’re trying to keep little ones moving in the right direction.
For the price, I was expecting things to feel a bit more organized. I wouldn’t say it was a bad day at all, and I’m glad the kids enjoyed it, but I’d be lying if I said it was amazing.

We got to feed a few of the animals and the kids had such a good time, they loved being that close. It was a bit crowded when we went but still a fun little outing

I had a quick question and customer service got back to me way faster than I expected. The person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them or overcomplicating things. i blame them for setting the bar a little too high now. Nice experience overall.

We spent so much time standing in lines. Like, forever. It really took the fun out of the visit for us

I usually go with a different brand out of habit, so I was a little hesitant to try this one. But the booking was quick, everything went smoothly, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. it made me consider switching more often.

It was hard to even move around, and the kids ended up getting stressed instead of having fun. I also felt like when I tried to bring it up, nobody really read or paid attention to what I was saying

We had a nice time overall, and the animal encounters were definitely the highlight. My kids loved getting to feed the animals, and the staff was friendly. That said, everything felt a bit hurried, like we were being moved along before we could really enjoy it. It was also crowded, and a few areas looked kind of messy. Still fun, but I left feeling like I wish we’d had a little more time and space to enjoy it.

I’ve been here twice now, it’s still a fun place to spend some time. The animals are great to see, and the staff has been really nice both visits. It was a little more crowded this time, so if you’re planning to go, I’d probably suggest getting there earlier or picking a less busy day if you can. Even with the crowd, I’d definitely come back.

The site was easy to use and I didn’t feel like I was wandering into some digital maze of doom. Everything loaded just fine, the text was clear, and I really appreciated that the pages weren’t overloaded with a million things screaming for attention. The only tiny tragedy was that a few buttons and menus felt a bit small on my phone, so I had to tap twice here and there. Not a big deal, though. Overall, it was a smooth and solid experience...

I went here with my son’s class, and it ended up being such a fun day for the kids. The staff was really friendly, the animals looked well taken care of, and everything was easy for the group to follow. I actually mentioned it to a friend afterward because it’s a great place to bring kids for something fun and educational.

Overall, I had a good time and there were plenty of animals to see. I did find myself wishing there were a few more reptiles, since that’s usually what I’m most excited about. Everything felt easy to navigate, and I appreciated areas that felt safe and well-managed, especially around the bigger crowds.

The safety seemed mostly okay, so I wasn’t freaking out or anything. But there were definitely a few things that felt a bit sloppy and dumb, like they could’ve put in more effort instead of doing the bare minimum. Not terrible, just kind of meh.

The prices felt way too high for what I got. At first I figured maybe it was just me, but after looking it over, it really didn’t seem fair. I ended up feeling like I needed to raise the issue because it just wasn’t worth the cost.

I don't know, the place just felt kind of dirty and not really taken care of. Like... little things here and there made it seem poorly kept. Disappointing overall...

We spent a decent amount of time walking around and the kids seemed interested at first, mostly just looking at everything and pointing things out here and there. It wasn’t a bad experience, and I wouldn’t say they were bored the whole time, but after we left I realized they hadn’t really picked up much from it. I was expecting more explaining or actual educational moments, especially for what it costs. It just felt a bit light on the learning side for us.
